Hi Mike, we are glad to see you are happy with your shoes. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Grazie for the excellent quality job of neolite half soles you put on two pair of penny loafers that I brought to you recently. Thank You and I will use your service again in the future.

I was wondering how much it would cost to get workboot soles on my cowboy boots that are size 16 EW

Good morning Will, a job like like should run about $70. Please bring them in and will be able to take care of them.

Thanks,

I dropped off a pair of boots for salt removal, new heels, and a polish. When I picked up my boots, I noticed that they looked very dull and there was still wax on the boots. When I pointed this out to the clerk, she took them back to the gentleman in the back (the owner, I think) He said that the wax hadn't been buffed off. He gave them a quick polish. The problem was that after sitting for 3+ days with dried wax on them, a quick polish didn't remove much of the dullness/wax. When I pointed this out to the gentleman he said he had done the best he could. I finally just gave up, because it was clear he wasn't going to help me and he was becoming rude and unprofessional. He had my money and had no more use for me. If you do chose them for shoe repair (and I strongly advise against it, I know I certainly won't be back) absolutely do not prepay.

Yes, we can definitely replace a zipper on down jackets it approximately runs $60-$70. If you bring it in we can give you a better estimate.

Take care,
-Stren

Are you able to replace a zipper on a down jacket? If so approximately how much would something like that cost.

Thanks,
Rob Balter

Ciao Rex and Paul! There's an English pound note and a Scottish pound note on their way to you for your collection from Brighton, England; keep up the good work of fixing shoes and catching robbers! :-)

Thank you Jules, look forward to receiving them!
